Food accomplishes our health with nutrition good health. Healthy mind and body encourages us for hard work. It is the keystone of good nutrition. We need energy to do hard work. Food gives us the energy to do hard work.
A baby gradually grows up; he becomes big and started play. All these are doing his need good food. Sometimes he gets injure and then food will accomplish him. He also needs food to come out from disease; food is essential energize our body.
Food gives us calories. A calorie is either of two units of heat energy. We have to take food to know how many calorie we are taking daily. For men 40 years and women, 38 years have to multiply with their weight, and that’s how we can understand how many calories need.
We are taking calories daily if you want to lose weight you have to eat and you produces calorie one third less; if you are going to gain weight, you have to eat you produce calories one third more. But if you have a perfect weight, so you have you fulfill your daily necessity of calorie.
Why told many things about food in my article introduction because of, it’s not to time any diet, we need energy. We need our body immunity to fight against various kinds of viruses. Food can protect our self from the corona.
We are now staying home to cope with the epidemic. In the lock-down, we are cooked food for the family both to enjoying our taste and challenging time for improving mental health. We spend time at home by sometimes work from home for the office, sometimes exercise for build good health, sometimes grooming our self, sometimes play indoor games with our children, sometimes cleaning the house, and sometimes trying to cook different items or menus, etc.
Mixed vegetable soup will increase immunity
Everyone needs to increase immunity during this corona time. Lockdown situation causes unhealthy eating, lack of exercise, hormone imbalances, mental stress, etc. the body becomes a weak longer time staying at home and increases weight. Mixed vegetable soup improves our immunity.
Know how to make my favorite different types of vegetable soup. Three cups of tomatoes, carrots, green peas, beans, half of teaspoon cumin powder, chili powder, one teaspoon oil, salt to taste.
Easy to make: cut the vegetable and boiled it on a deep pot with two cups of water. After cooked the vegetable added hot oil, coriander leaves (optional), salt to taste, cumin powder, and pepper, you need to eat. Cooked it only 3 minutes and serve hot with bread.
Mixed vegetables if you want soup, you can mix different items of vegetables. Mixed vegetable soups you can get rid of your diet, weakness, low vision, skin problems, health problems, etc. it makes easy, quick and eats regularly. The body will also strengthen.
Chili Beef
Ingredients: 375 grams of beef (without bones). Raw pepper 2 pcs. Dry –pepper slices 2pcs. Peppermint powder half a teaspoon. Sugar one teaspoon. 2 teaspoons of soybean oil. Fish sauce one teaspoon. One pcs small size of garlic. Add oyster sauce two teaspoons. Salt to taste.
Recipe: take meat without bones and fat. Slice the meat thickly with your finger. Put salt and pepper in the flesh. Heat the oil in a frying pan and frying the garlic. When the garlic is fry light, give the beef meat in the pan.
Fry the meat until light brown color. If the meat not boil, give 1 cup of the water, provide time to cook. Give sugar, sauces, and oyster sauce. Wait for 5 minutes on medium heat; turn the meat upside down. Serve hot.
Rosemary Beef Steak
Ingredients: without bone and fat, two steak meat. You need half of the teaspoon vinegar (balsamic) and pepper powder. Also, you need Rosemary half of teaspoon. Salt your taste, but remainder vinegar contain salt and added one teaspoon vegetable oil.
Method: wash the meat and mix all of the ingredients with oil and keep it in the deep fridge for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, heat the oil in a non-stick frypan and fried it both sides. During this lock-down time, you have to stay at home. You can make moist and chocolate cake at home as like a pastry shop.
Ingredients: one cupcake flour, one third cup cocoa powder, half teaspoon salt, one teaspoon baking powder, one teaspoon baking soda, two eggs, half cup full cream milk, one fourth cup vegetable oil, one teaspoon vanilla extract, one teaspoon of coffee, half cup boiling water.
Recipe: all of the ingredients mix with hand mixer properly. Then bake the mixer with preheated oven 170° (347°F) for 40 minutes.
Chocolate frosting: Turn-on the strove on low heat and heated up 250 ml evaporated milk, then add half cup sugar, and one forth cup cocoa powder, one teaspoon plain powder stir, until it gets chocolate color. Turn the heat off and add 40 grams salt or unsalted butter stir it until the butter melts. You can use this chocolate frosting to decorate your cake; this will make your cake more moist and tasty.

Butter Milk
Buttermilk or butter, and milk are the essential ingredients in baking. Especially when making a cake. If you do not have buttermilk, you can easily make it. If you want tartar sauce. You use one teaspoon cream of tartar instead of 1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice.
Unsalted butter
Unless needed in the house usually has no salt butter (unsalted butter). But this you must need when baking. Commonly you can use oil. One cup of melted butter will need in place of that half cup of oil. If the cubes size butter, then you should take one cup of oil.
Heavy cream
We need heavy cream while making frosting. Heavy cream can make by mixing milk and butter. For one cup of heavy cream, you need instead of half cup butter and half cup milk. It will be concentrate just like heavy cream. However, this heavy cream cannot whips. Beyond this you can use coconut cream for baking, cooking or whipping instead of heavy cream.
Bread improve
Eggs can be easily used if bread is not available. Half a teaspoon of bread should instead of with egg.
